Cedeño y Mendez was founded in 1989 in Panama City, Republic of Panama with the purpose of offering the traditional range of legal services. With the years, our firm has experienced a series of organizational changes that have resulted in the specialization and territorial expansion of our services.
At the present time, our firm is specialized in Business & Corporate Law, Immigration & Labor Law, Intellectual property (Trademarks, Patents and Royalty), Administrative Law, Regulatory Affairs and we also have, among others, a Department of Procedural Law that is responsible for negotiating judicial collections.
Our clients will be attended by the professional that heads each department of our firm. Our personnel is qualified to manage cases in all the areas of services that we offer with the objective of assuring a complete and continuous attendance.
Since 1995, our firm is part of an Alliance with Central America (except Belize) and Colombia, which we attend along with our subsidiary Cedeño & Mendez International, Inc.
In order to offer a complete and expeditious service in Panama, Central America or any country of our network, the Client only has to communicate with our offices in Panama and as of that moment we took responsibility to fulfill the instructions given in the country of its interest.
