Carolina leads the Corporate Department at Cedeño & Méndez and advises domestic and international clients on corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, and real estate matters.

She has more than 16 years of experience. Her practice encompasses the incorporation, maintenance, reorganization, and dissolution of companies and private interest foundations; mergers, acquisitions, and spin-offs; the purchase and sale of shares and real estate; and the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements.

Throughout her career, she has led teams in corporate practice areas and managed an extensive portfolio of domestic and international clients.

Carolina earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua (2012). She also holds a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law, awarded Cum Laude by the same university (2019), and a Master’s Degree in International Advocacy from ISDE Law Business School (2023).
