Miguel is the Founding Partner of Cedeno & Méndez, with more than 35 years of experience advising domestic and foreign companies on regulatory affairs and sanitary registration, corporate and business law, labor law and real estate.

He is a member of AMCHAM Panama, the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama and the National Bar Association.

He graduated in Law and Political Science from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University Santa María la Antigua (Panama – 1987).
