Mandatory RUC Update – Resolution No. 201-4884 of June 4, 2025

The General Directorate of Revenue (DGI) has issued Resolution No. 201-4884 dated June 4, 2025, published in Official Digital Gazette No. 30302 on June 17, 2025, which mandates that all taxpayers update their Unique Taxpayer Registry (RUC).


What must be updated?


  • Taxpayer’s address

  • Economic activity

  • Contact information (phone numbers and email addresses)

  • Legal representatives (for legal entities)

  • Individuals

  • Corporations

  • Private interest foundations

  • Independent professionals
