Las organizaciones sin fines de lucro en Panamá estan obligadas a llevar un registro detallado de todos los fondos que reciben, generan o transfieren y presentar, en un plazo máximo de 90 días tras el cierre del ejercicio fiscal, un informe consolidado de donaciones ante el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas a través de e-Tax 2.0 (formulario 61). La norma también obliga a reportar los pagos efectuados a terceros (formulario F-27/F-20).
